Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Add coconut oil, coconut sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt, baking soda, and lavender to large mixing bowl.
Scoop a large tablespoon of batter onto the baking sheet. Form the dough into the shape of a cookie since the batter will not fall nor rise as it bakes.
Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit 8-10 minutes. Remove them from the oven and and let cool.
